The seller is NAQENTA. Address: Sancaktepe, Istanbul. MERSIS: 0629175070900001. Adqenta does not ship physical goods. Subscriptions and credit packs are digital. After iyzico confirms payment, access is added to the account electronically.

Cancellation and refunds

A subscription can be cancelled before the period ends. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Spent credits and completed generations are instantly performed digital services and are not refunded.

Approved refunds return to the original card through iyzico. The bank sets how long that takes.
