1. Data controller

The Adqenta platform is operated by NAQENTA. Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data is processed for the purposes described below.

2. Personal data we process

When you use the platform, the following personal data is processed:

• Identity and contact information: the email address and company name you provide when registering.
• Channel integration data: the IDs and names of the advertising and messaging accounts you connect. The product scope targets Meta/Instagram, Google, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Access tokens: the OAuth tokens provided by connected platforms so we can create and publish campaigns on your behalf.

3. Purposes of processing

• To open your account and provide the platform.
• To create and publish campaigns through the accounts you connect.
• To generate ad copy and visual drafts from your campaign brief.

4. Parties we share data with

Your data is shared with secure third-party services only for the following purposes:

• Connected advertising and messaging platforms: to create and publish your campaigns through your own account.
• AI providers (Anthropic and Google Gemini): solely to generate ad copy and visual drafts from your campaign brief.

5. Storage and security

Access tokens for connected platforms are stored in our database encrypted with AES-GCM. The decryption key is held only on the application server.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.

You may disconnect your connections at any time from Settings. Once disconnected, access tokens are permanently deleted. Account and data deletion steps are described on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
